    Sir; as it was informed by the directorate to comment if any up to 7th Dec;I would like to ask our all heads n comrades' what comments are suggested and what about the uniformity of transport allowance in r/o the all gov't servant's except the cadre of group A and above.I personally feel that a Group D to non Gazetted group b all should get reasonable benefit as it was not good in last pay commission.especially in the grade pay 4200 to4800 and5400 ;non gazetted suggested is in. Previously was much differed .a sr Acctt.in pao is only one cadre and the transport allowance should be same to all from 4200 to 5400.
