SUPPORT ALL INDIA POSTAL ACCOUNTS EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION AND MAKE IT THE STRONGEST

MEMBERSHIP FRESH VERIFICATION
AND GUIDELINES TO THE CIRCLE SECRETARIES

Comrades,

Follow the below given guidelines carefully and conduct the membership verification successfully. Ensure that the All India Postal Accounts Employees Association emerge the strongest to serve the Postal Accounts employees and to protect the interests of the Postal Accounts employees.

Last Date for submission of Authorization forms is on or before 06-07-2015.
Officiating AAOs, Senior Accountants, Junior Accountants, LDCs, Sorters, MTS, Stenographers and Canteen employees are eligible to be the members of the All India Postal Accounts Employees Association.
Form attested by the Director (SR&Legal) should be used. This form can be downloaded from our Blog spot/NFPE Blog spot. No other form should be used.
Forms should be collected from all the members i.e. existing and new.
Authorization form should be addressed to “The Director of Accounts (Postal). Wherever GM is the Head of the Circle address it to GM (Finance), Postal Accounts.
Member should sign in at two places in the form. This should be carefully observed.
The Circle Secretary should sign and certify each Authorization form. Circle Secretary should carefully verify and ensure that all columns are filled correctly.
The name of the Association should be correctly filled up as “ALL INDIA POSTAL ACCOUNTS EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION”
Along with the filled in Authorization forms, a list of members in triplicate duly signed by the Circle Secretary on each page of the list should be submitted to the Head of the Office.
The Authority will verify the forms in the presence of representative of the Association.
Office should display one set of the list on the notice board from 07-07-15 to 08-07-15. If not placarded, we should insist for it.
The member can make representation by 15-07-15 on any irregularity.
Recovery of the subscription will be done in the month of July 2015 by the drawing and disbursing officer.
The Circle office will send the final consolidated list of members to Directorate on 31-08-15. The Association will be given a copy of the final list.
