WELCOME TO HYDERABAD

Comrade,

On behalf of the Reception Committee and on my behalf,  I  invite the delegates and observers from your unit to the 20^th Biennial All India Conference of AIPAEA to be held at Hyderabad from 11^th September 2012 to 13^th September 2012.

Reception Committee is making all out efforts to make your stay at Hyderabad comfortable and to conduct the Conference in a very conducive environment. Your presence in full strength will make the conference more successful. Please ensure cent percent participation and make the Conference a grand success.

Reception Committee is bringing out a Souvenir to commemorate the occasion and also to raise funds for the event. I seek support from all the units to procure advertisements for publication in the Souvenir. The Circles where ever there are Co-operative Banks/Societies can easily mobilize the Advertisements from these organizations. Otherwise also please use your network to get the Advertisements. I expect minimum one full page Advertisement from each Circle. The Request letter and the Order form containing the Tariff is enclosed here with. If you need more forms please contact me or use a Xerox copy of it.  Ensure that the Ads will reach here at the following address by the first week of August 2012.

I also invite you all to contribute articles/short stories/poems either in English or Hindi or your own tongue for publication in the Souvenir. Photos of the previous All India Conferences right from the first AIC will be a very precious contribution to the Souvenir. Please make all out efforts to collect and send such photos with details like  venue of the AIC, date and names of the leaders in the photo etc.  

I once again extend my warm welcome to this land of historic Peasants Armed Struggle and to Hyderabad, the Pearl City of India.
