RESOLUTION
The General body meeting of
All India Postal Accounts Employees Association ……………………………………….…. held on
……………………. has unanimously resolved to express its grave concern and resentment
over non settlement of genuine demands, despite various correspondences and
discussions, there is not even an inch improvement in major problems pertaining
to PAOs. Even the assured items in the earlier meetings have not been resolved
till now. Many issues raised by this association remain unsettled over years
together.
Some of
the issues in which there is no settlement or improvement are - non-settlement
of charge sheets of staff of PAOs, Chennai & Kolkatta, vindictive action
against Circle Secretary, Cuttack; Association had repeatedly sought
modifications in the RR of AAO Cadre but the same has not yet been initiated;
also sought thorough investigation in the LDCE of AAO-2018; Representations of
staff seeking transfer under Rule 38 are not being entertained by various DA
(P)/ G M (Finance), under one pretext or the other; PAO at Dehradun and AP are
yet to be started; Cadre Restructuring in PAOs has been kept in cold storage on
the plea of some queries raised by MoF; Association, from time to time has
brought to the notice of authorities, various problems that being faced on roll
out of CSI in PAO, but no improvement has been there and the issue remains
unresolved; In all PAOs, there are about 40% vacant posts in all the cadres
which requires to be filled immediately.
This
General body meeting after through deliberation appeal to the authorities
concerned to render justice and protect the interests of Postal Accounts
employees, by resolving the above reflected issues by holding immediate talks
with CHQ of AIPAEA.
This
General body also unanimously resolved to forward this resolution to the
concerned authorities and earnestly urge upon the concerned authorities to
kindly resolve the above issue/ demands of the Postal Accounts, so that a
congenial working atmosphere prevails in all the Postal Accounts Offices.
