Mr.S.Krishna Kumar retired S.A. has not been given the benefit of four advance increments He retired
in the same pay of 7775+3888 and this was the pay when I retired in Dec.2004.I got this after filing
a case in Cat and the P&T Audit and Accounts given me the benefit followed by Postal accounts.I request u to take up the case as he was a staunch member and served the association at HYD.Railway accounts won the case on parity from 1/01/1996 to 2003 and we do not know our position.Stepping up case filed is in slumber with registrar as AIPAEA advocate yet to file reply as I heard.Hope this is not true and the correct position may be informed Though retired we still feel that we are members and for this reason we extend help as and when w are approached.Help the seniors as you will also join us in future.B.R.SINGH
