Make the strike preparations with all seriousness. Hold group meetings. Hold lunch-hour meetings. Issue hand bills explaining the demands and necessity of going on strike. Implement the JCA call of mass dharna on 10th January, 2012 in a grand way by involving the entirety of the membership.
