At Patna and Lucknow shift system has been introduced and officials are posted to CC work. Staff has been drawn from other sections specially P.A.sections. They have to attend to both the works. At Cuttuck PAO attempts are there to divert the staff from P.A.sections to the CC section after completion of the Abstract work. Officers who have not made any attempt to recruit the new hands and neglected the CC work all these days now bent upon to destroy the PA work too. Wherever such steps are initiated units should react and intimate the CHQ. This issue has been taken up by the CHQ with the DDG(PAF).
