The service in the earlier organization will be counted for the purpose of MACP when the official is transferred to new office whether on request or otherwise and next Grade Pay will be given.
The benchmark condition has been relaxed to some extent. Now the benchmark for promotion under MACP should not be more than the benchmark required for granting promotion to regular grade.
