EXPERTS COMMITTEE ON DISCIPLINARY AND VIGILANCE PROCEEDINGS
SUGGESTIONS / COMMENTS CAN BE SENT TO THE EXPERTS COMMITTEE ON DISCIPLINARY / VIGILANCE PROCEEDINGS
Dear Comrades -
The Government had earlier constituted a 3 Member Experts Committee headed by Shri.P.C.Hota Former Chairman UPSC to examine and suggest measures to expedite the process involved in disciplinary / vigilance proceedings. Now the DOPT has issued a Notice welcoming suggestions and comments from interested persons for the consideration of the Experts Committee. A detailed Background Note on the need for review of disciplinary proceedings also has been circulated by the DOPT. The Notice and the background material can be downloaded from the DOPT website or by clicking the Link given at the end of this blog. NFPE intends to submit a detailed Note containing our suggestions and comments to the Experts Committee. Therefore all our Comrades who are experts in Disciplinary proceedings and had dealt with such cases of Rule 16 and Rule 14 are requested to send their opinions to NFPE for helping the Federation to compile a comprehensive Note for forwarding to Experts Committee. - Secretary General NFPE
