AIPAEA -  ALL INDIA CONFERENCE – BULLETIN THREE

Dear Comrades,

Everything is set for the successful conduct of the 20^th Biennial All India Conference of AIPAEA at Hyderabad. Reception Committee is planning all the details of the meetings, stay of the delegates/observers. All the units have conveyed their travel details.

Success of the AIC depends on the quality of our discussions in the Sessions. To ensure this I have already notified the agenda in detail. All the CHQ Office Bearers/Circle Secretaries/Delegates/Observers should note the following points.

1.Every unit should submit a written report covering all the items under “unit report” and present in the AIC. Of course, prepare well for discussion on the other items of the Agenda also.

2.All the 3 days of the Conference will be utilized fully for discussions on the agenda items.

3.Sightseeing will be arranged for the interested delegates/observers on 14-09-12.

4.On arrival at Secunderabad/Kachiguda Railway station the delegates/observers will be received by the members of the Reception Committee. The following telephone numbers may be noted and contacted, if necessary.
