Under the banner of Postal Joint Council of Action all the General Secretaries are sitting on fast for one day on 21-05-2012 before the Dak Bhavan, New Delhi, as a token of protest against the inaction of the authorities on the assurances given on the strike charter of demands. This should be backed by similar protest before the Circle Head Quarters. All the Circle Secretaries of AIPAEA should take active part in the protest along with the JCA. If it is not possible to join with the JCA due to any reason, organize the protest in the GM/DAP office itself. Acton taken report supplied by the Postal Directorate says that ' the proposal sent to Integrated Finance Wing for their concurrence is at
present lying with Postal Estt. Branch.Group-D & Sorter anomaly: the
information has been called for from all Circle Postal Accounts Offices. On
receipt of the same the case will be examined further.' That itself speaks of inaction on the part of the authorities for months together. Campaign, explain in detail to the employees the need for strong protest.
