Sub: Treatment of absence period of officials as duty or grant of Special leave
         during lockdown period.

Sir,
As you are well aware that many officials are unable to attend the duty due to various reasons during lockdown period.

Though various advisories have been issued from DOPT and Directorate in this regard. But CPMGs in Circles are issuing separate orders to treat the period of absence of officials due to circumstances and various reasons during lockdown period.

It will be highly appreciable if uniform guidelines are issued from Directorate in this regard.
