To,
Sri. Rajnish Kumar,
DDG (PAF),
Department of Posts,
New Delhi.

Sub:- Memorandum to 7th CPC by the Department – Request -
            Regarding.
Sir,
I wish to bring it to your notice that this Association has submitted the Memorandum to the 7th CPC on 23-07-2014. A copy of which is also sent to you by email.

The Department also, I believe, has to submit its Memorandum to the Commission. C&AG has submitted its Memorandum containing the recommendations for the consideration of the 7th CPC with regard to the Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ cadres of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department. These proposals, while showing the pay scale and grade pay recommended by the 6th CPC for each individual cadre, propound a deemed pay scale, which is more appropriate for the cadre given its role, duties and responsibilities and it is recommended that the 7th CPC consider this deemed pay scale and grade pay as the base for making its recommendations in respect of these cadres.

As the Postal Accounts is part of the Organized Accounts, I request you to kindly submit the recommendations on the cadres of Postal Accounts for the consideration of the 7th CPC on the same lines of C&AG.

Regards,

Yours faithfully,
         Sd/-,
